Music Mentorship Program

Join us, 12 & 13 April 2023

Available to children who play a musical instrument in year four to year eight.

Topology Creative Academy, in partnership with The Rangebow Festival is offering an exciting Music Mentorship Workshop over two days in the Easter school holidays on Wednesday 12 April and Thursday 13 April at Montville State Primary School from 9:00am until 2:30pm each day.

Top Up Sunshine Coast Hinterland 2023 is a two-day Creative Bootcamp program.

These will culminate in a performance of new music which will be performed by Topology, the Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra and The Rangebow Children’s Orchestra.

This performance will be at the Sparkling Symphony event as part of the The Rangebow Festival on Sunday 13 August 2023 evening in Montville.

Program Cost - $110 per student.

About the Program

Students from the mentorship workshops will be given the opportunity to combine with other children in the Sunshine Coast region to collaboratively create and perform new work for their community at this Festival.

This new work will be arranged by Topology composer John Babbage for larger super ensemble of the Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra, The Rangebow Children’s Orchestra and Topology.

The program will be delivered by Topology Creative Academy based on the Topology’s successful Top Up Creative Program model.
