Rangebow Festival Launch

The official launch of The Rangebow Festival with a massive bang at the The Banana Bender Pub!

On 29 June The Rangebow Festival 2022 officially launched with a massive bang at the Banana Bender. It was the party we were all waiting for, and we were able to introduce our festival characters and major partner Sunshine and Sons.

The Sunshine Sisters were first on stage and glammed it up strutting their stuff and the Volcanic Goddess got us all hot and clammy. Mr Zany, Mr Cane and Mr Barista were a huge hit and delighted all in attendance. We can’t wait to see you all up on the hill for The Rangebow Festival, the newest and largest festival to arrive in the Hinterland that celebrates diversity, inclusiveness, sustainability, creativity and reconciliation across the Blackall Range communities over 4 days.

Over 30 diverse events with something for every-one; including the biggest Symphony Orchestra to ever perform on The Range. We have Cabaret, Opera in the Chapel, Drag Pageant, Workshops, Documentary In-conversations, First Nations gourmet experience and more.
